Power is Not What You Think it is

The Mists in Albion Online are accessible through Wisps located in yellow, red, and black zones. Activating a Wisp initiates a nearby portal. Within these portals, players encounter other wisps, mob camps, and potential opponents. Mists come in two types: Solo and Duo, each with distinct rules. Non-Lethal Mists, joined via yellow zones, involve knockdown effects in PvP without full loot. Lethal Mists, joined via red/black zones, feature PvP with full loot consequences. Solo Mists offer both non-Lethal and Lethal versions, while Duo Mists only have the Lethal variant.
Typically, there is no IP cap in Mists, so people aim for the highest possible IP. However, in this video, my friend and I attempted the opposite approach and entered the Mists with 0 IP and this is what happened.
