@@Lyferonyeah as this buff is applied to bandit bonus and monthly bonus, it can be the difference between earning half a chest to 2.5

You need 700 IP to get faction points, which means you need at least a 4.0 set, you can't be naked, just on a horse. This is BS. Also, faction gankers are not shown in the map bar, you still get ganked. Only hard flags are shown there.
