I like to throw all my cards and tokens and whatnots right in to the box, randomly. It adds that extra frisson of excitement as I spend 2 hours sorting them before each session.
That's my girlfriend if I don't clean up the game before bed. I come back from work to find the table empty, she says gleefully not to worry she's tidied it away. I grab the box and feel every part of me just break when I open it.
00:39 One thing that is also possible; you can re-bend the folds of the original insert 180 degrees so that it appears the same as the way you have done it, but you will still be able to see the original printed art. Its a bit of a battle and tad fiddly to get it into shape, but it works.
This is the funniest thing I've seen all week. I've played FFG's living card games for years but I've definitely never thought about all these points. Subscribing for more of this.
This was such a well made video with so many options; as someone that used to be really into Magic and now collect Arkham LCG, I've been thinking about getting something to contain the cards, but considering all the boxes, deck containers and binders, I think that for now I am alright.
I'm coming from Pathfinder ACG, which comes with a HUGE box made to store EVERY card released for the game in the original box. So coming from that, this seems like a terrible oversight on FFG.
For the love of god, please don't put rubber bands around your cards. There are faster, more efficient ways to destroy your cards, if that is what you're after.
I was wondering if there is a storage solution to save a games status, when You cannot finish a game and want to continue on another day. Due to my cat, I cannot leave it on the game table.
Wow, so many non-euclidean amounts of storage... I was thinking of the binder route, does anyone around here think its a better option to be able to pick and choose cards to select for the investigators deck? Perhaps a combo of both, binder for investigators, deckbox storages for encounter deck. I really can't decide. Help!
Albums please, I was never in the CCG side of games and only recently aware of leveraging binders as a potential storage. Keep plugging away at these videos, this pleases "the one that cannot be named"!
This was very helpful! I was actually looking for storage solutions for my LOTR LCG collection but most of what was here applies to me as well. Totally agree with the end abt LCGs being lucky; the deluxe boxes are certainly quite spacious.

w0mbles Madness!
That is the ACTUAL (Arkham) horror, haha.

I like to fold my cards in half and store them upright in the original box :-)
Ooooo! Controversial!
You gave me a good laugh
Lost all my sanity, lol

Okay this is spoopy, I'm at 0:28 and those are the exact 3 sets of arkham horror lcg I bought first buying randomly

Awww, thank you! :)
Loved seeing the old CCG stuff in there. A proper gaze into the past. Hopefully I won't get attacked by a Hound of Tindalos now.
A a LCG newbie - that was really interesting. Thanks a lot!
You are welcome. Please tell it to those pushing the Dislike button :(
Screw the Dislike doofuses. (Doofi?) You can't legislate against stupidity. Don't worry about them. They'll get run over by a pig soon anyway.
I don't get why FFG dont make storage solutions for LCG players. There's clearly money to be made there
They do. Or certainly have done in the past.
Love these videos! REQUEST: Can you do a video on custom tokens and other Arkham gaming bling?
Of course. We will put it on our list.

This is very good advice. Definitely don't use elastic bands.
Yes! Make sure if your going to use bands to use hair ties, they’re much less harder on the cards !
Good summary. Thanks!
You are welcome.
The intro sums up my storage lol
Good for you! :)

Simply take a picture of the game state on your phone or tablet and set the game up again like that when you next resume play.

I really can't decide. Help!
We would say Albums for the Player cards and Boxes for the scenario cards. Which one do you want us to cover first?
Albums please, I was never in the CCG side of games and only recently aware of leveraging binders as a potential storage.

Can you fit around 30 unsleeved cards in those Ultra Pro Team bags?
Just tried it now for you Emile. You can fit 30+ sleeved and 40+ unsleeved. They are ace!
@@ArkhamChronicle thanks a bunch! Just ordered some for my LotR lcg cards!
Where did you get that massive box with the etching on the lid?
Do you mean this one here?
th-cam.com/video/xSovkcGNJiw/w-d-xo.html
that magic boosters
Anyone know if the BCW Shoebox can hold these cards sleeved and horizontal?
We will have to do a video where we find out. :)
Clan Unicorn storage box? Check. Clan Ghost Bear? I wish . . . sigh . . . .
Is it time for a new Battletech TCG? Maybe...
This was very helpful! I was actually looking for storage solutions for my LOTR LCG collection but most of what was here applies to me as well. Totally agree with the end abt LCGs being lucky; the deluxe boxes are certainly quite spacious.
Thanks mate.
7:05 hello, what's the name of this book?
That’s the Ultimate Guard Catalogue. You can download a PDF copy from their website. ultimateguard.com/en/resources/catalogue-emea
@@ArkhamChronicle thank you :)
I started playing and it's really awesome, but storing the Game just with the base box is horrible
Check out the Go7 Gaming storage insert. It will make all the difference.
Great video! (And I also think that HeroQuest is the best game ever.^_^)
Yes. Heroquest might be the best game ever. And anyone that thinks otherwise...
This is better than porn
Goodness. What a compliment :)
A board game with cards?sounds kinda weird
That's why it's called a card game, not a board game.
