Loved this video dear Gabbi! 😍I watched it while enjoying some tahini-pasta, it was perfect! I also like to take at least one day off social media a week, it actually feels easy for me. Once I delete instagram from my phone, i no longer feel the urge to use ist. What is much harder is to have social media on my phone and use it consciously on the other days. If I have the app downloaded, I tend to procrastinate with it, distract and just waste my time on it sometimes - any tips on how to avoid this? And I love your prayer closet, you can feel the love and devotion you put into it. If it´s not too personal I´d love to hear about how you practice in there - do you have a certain routine of specific prayers, meditations,... that help you finding the connection to god? Do you feel like the same things work for you every time, or is it something different each day? Thank you so much for the beautiful positive energy you share with us. Much much love to you! ❤
the fact that you were watching this while eating tahini pasta makes my soul SO HAPPY! I am so proud of you for taking time off of social media to care for your soul. It is one of the most refreshing things to do! Honestly, I struggle with the same thing, so you aren't alone. I think just having boundaries that you stick to daily (maybe setting a timer when you go on your phone?) is the best way to go about it (I know this is so difficult) I also start every day by spending the first hour not on my phone and doing soul-filling things. This has helped me a lot! Remember as well that you are human, and nobody is perfect with this! I am so thankful for you, friend. I would lovveeeee to make a video all about my prayer closet and go more into depth about it! Will be doing this soon! Sending you so much love and prayers
