Watching you Tara brought a tear of joy to my eyes. I am learning Dayan Qigong but I have never seen it done with so much grace and awareness. Thank for sharing it.🥰🙏
I’ve been playing this frequently over the past few weeks.. .. the peace and calmness it brings to my heart , may it go back to you Tara.. I look forward to learning more as I continue .. another beautiful contribution… thank you !👍👊👸
Coming from you this means a lot to me, thank you for being such an inspiration to so many qigong practitioners, may you continue to do so for a very long time 🙏
How delicate movement~!!! Beautiful! Tara, you made it. I respect your sincerity and tranquility. I am happy to have new mission motivated by your wonderful work. Thank you so much~! Tara Love you~~~!
So calm and gentle, yet powerful underneath. Hi Tara, you've trained and practiced various Qigong forms. Which form/forms do you choose to practice daily? What about the other forms - would you just leave them out? I have problem to manage the practice time for the forms I've learned over the years. Any insight? Thank you so much for sharing.
Naturally it is impossible to remember/do all the forms you have learned over the years, same goes for me. More important than form, if possible on a daily basis preferably in the morning after your shower, is to do intuitive exercises/movements lying down and standing, according to your body's needs, to open up all your joints, harmonize the different parts, stretching the spine in all directions, tapping, massaging etc. to limber up. Also little "in betweens" during the day when needed. Then, if you have time and feel the inclination, choose a form that appeals to you. I usually work with a form for some time, then move on to another. Some I keep coming back to like the 13 Luohan. Right now I am just starting with a taiji sword form, very beautiful but also very challenging. So my suggestion to you would be to follow your heart and listen to your body. Feel relaxed and be creative in your practice, choose what gives you joy and helps you. Yoù decide, as you yourself know best, trust your intuition. You know what they say "the best form is the one you DO":) 🙏
Hi Tara, I am blessed to chance upon this graceful DaYan Qigong, I am a newbie whom I need more instructional video to practice effectively. Can u produce one? Thank you in advance.
Dear Eileen, I'm sorry but I am in the middle of moving to another house. But if you google you will find and be able to purchase instructional video's and books of this very same form. Wishing you happy practice and blessings!
Alles Gute! ❤🙏
I am a practitioner and teacher of DYQG for 21 years in Singapore. Very grateful performance indeed. Where and from who did you learned from. The details have some differences but can said 95% similar.
I lived in beautiful Singapore from '59 to '66. For the lineage of this form, please read under the video. I too have noticed slight differences from different students who have learned from her or her son. For details of this performance I would like to refer to either Shane Lear or Simon Blow's books. Greetings and blessings.
@@Tara0Tao Thks for reply. I went to your qigong website and found all the other videos. I remembered watching those that were posted 6 years ago. Glad to hear you were staying in Singapore for 7 years. Noticed that you learned quite a few qigong. Cheers.
It may be easier for you just clicking on the youtube qigong playlist, instead of going through the website: th-cam.com/play/PLdzhwoWz4HBa4XrbDW9OC8nByJnFz1lu3.html. All the best!
