Same as u r saying, whole day we work and we are paid only for 3, 4 or 5 hrs. Then they deduct 12 pound for traveling, if it's between 7 to 3, and if it's between 7 to 10 then 24 pound, just tell me what saving r v going to do. How can we leave this job. They have given cos to us. Pls help me.
Yes this happened with me as well.....once I registered in an agency for home care although they were giving good pay rate but when I asked that is the traveling hours are included they said no the time you will spent with client just be included after that I decided not to get this kind of work and, to some extent this is not safe especially for girls as I feel.

And better option is to do care job in nursing care homes. Door to door tbhi kro agar apke pass car hai aur dusra apko nursing home care mai kahi job nahi mil rahi. Try to find job in some nursing care home and trust me apko afsoos nahi hoga.

How desperate these people are to go to England to do these jobs, just to get visa to stay there . Care takers's job is very taxing. How would you get time or energy to do studies. There is a shortage of carers in England that's why they are giving visa. They will make you work hard. These jobs in India are done by the attendants. However you shouldn't complain as your main aim is to earn money.
