As a junior in high school in 2009 Jay’s run inspired me to start lifting routinely and I still lift routinely to this day. An amazing episode for me

Having listened to Hany over the years, one thing I can say with conviction is that mindset wise, he's built different. There are few coaches in the world as emotionally invested as him. He crafts his own outcome, because he pays attention to every detail needed to bring his client at their or close to their best possible. To be able to replicate that, year after year , for decades, continuously under pressure whilst raising one's own benchmark amidst this chaos, is admirable.

1:09:55 wow this was great. Hany saying how it is that Jay shouldn't win 2007(He really shouldn't. Victor Martinez should be Mr.O that year...) I was always wondering if I will see Jay saying that he didn't deserved that 2007 title and now watching him asking Hany and Hany saying him no you shouldn't win was really something.. You don't see this kind of no BS talk between buddies too often. Most of the times it is sugar coating between "friends".
All the top Olympia guys deserve to win. Victor was amazing, Jay was amazing. Dennis Wolf was amazing etc

My favourite podcast by far!!! Fair play to hany being so brutally honest especially with the 2007 olympia carry over... Both jay and matt went silent on this one. Because its the truth. But come 09 that jay cutler would of blown 07 and 08 competition out of the water!! Which he did. Jay may disagree but 2009 jay cutler in my eyes was the very best and i think it would of beat 2000-2001 Coleman
