I’m 61 years old. I have observed that young people under the age of 30 seem to be more open to receiving the gospel than people that I talk to that are older.
As a 61 year-old, I was young once and I didn’t get the answers either. So, I can empathize with the young people. A lot of people my age still don’t have the answers and others are indifferent towards seeking truth.
J Warner Wallace has done a good job of helping to equip me to share the gospel with people of all ages. I even shared it with a cop who’s about 50 years old. When I told him about Jay Warner Wallace, he got wide eyed and wrote down his name and the name of the TH-cam channel.

Great video Sir. and recently I saw your video about extra biblical evidence for our Lord's existence in first century You told about reports of pagan romans such as Tacitus, Thallas and Pliny. May I add one more. Lucian of Samosata, a Roman satirist lived in AD 165-175 wrote about christians *"These deluded creatures, you see, have persuaded themselves that they are immortal and will live forever, which explains the contempt of death and willing self-sacrifice so common among them. It was impressed on them too by their lawgiver(Christ) that from the moment they are converted, deny the gods of Greece, worship the **_crucified sage_** and live after his laws, they are all brothers. They take his instructions completely on faith, with the result that they despise all worldly goods and hold them in common ownership. So any adroit, unscrupulous fellow, who knows the world, has only to get among these simple souls and his fortune is quickly made; he plays with them."*

I can understand why their leaving. I fell away at 15 because watching the elders in the church, there was no evidence of God in their lives as soon as they walked out the doors of the church. It made me feel God was not real.

They always leave out the full title:
"On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life"

What he's saying sounds like it makes sense but you're wrong about the reason why young people leave the church. It really doesn't have much to do with other philosophies, reasoning, or ideologies. The majority of the reason based on most polls is due to the church being hypocritical or judgemental. The other reason is the disconnect from the people in the church. Without addressing these reasons you can kiss American Christianity goodbye.
