Ingredients: 600 g, Chicken 1 or 2, pickled lime (cut into half) 4 cloves, Garlic (mined) 4 leaves, Green Onion (rings) 1 L, Water 2 tsp, Sugar Method: 1. Trim off the chicken into medium sized pieces. 2. In the pot, add garlic and fry until fragrant then add the chicken. 3. Pour the water, pickled lime, sugar and cook until the chicken is completely cooked. 4. Finally, sprinkle the green onion. 5. Serve with steamed rice.

I would say no. Sugar molds.

I think you do. The heat from the direct sunlight is important. We always had gallon jars on the foot of the house.

The lime is dry. Where did the water come from?
It's the juices the salt pulled from the limes. No water needed.
