The Great Ouse River - 15 November 2024

We know very little about the "Great Ouse River".
Apart from it had 100's of "Match Anglers" sitting on it every Sunday in the 1980's when "Match Fishing" on rivers was a very Big thing.
Lots of Pools Money. Its all moved onto to Commercial Waters these days. Sadly.
Are there any "Big River Carp" in the water.
Who knows, however we have been given permission to use the Hotels Mooring Bank whenever we want to use it. Happy days it's all grassy - and very cosy n quiet.
So we will find out soon enough ! Lofty.
