I honestly don’t think it’s that of a big deal to be criticizing other booktubers for. Like I get that we’re word people but… titles are pretty short anyways and we can usually recognize what it is through the cover design. I get that it’s constructive criticism which can be helpful but that’s just my personal opinion.

Each and every one of these expressions tells me two contradicting things 😭😭 Here’s how I interpreted those reactions: 1st one: Either so bad you wanted to tear the book apart or a super captivating story that had an absolutely heart-wrenching, tormenting ending. 2nd one: Either “pretty good” or “eh, readable”. 3rd one: Either “shocking, kinda confusing” or “hell naw, okay… maybe…”. 4th one: Either absolutely disgusting, the most gruesome book or the most magnificent, incredible, life-altering, mind-blowing book you’ve ever read. 5th: Either “Idk how to feel about this” or “Suuuper weird, but I’d recommend”. 6th: Either “This was sooo adorable” or an awkward “meh, you can give it a shot”.
