    Awesome upgrades guys , a lot cheaper than a new one and its just how you want it . I have a little postie bike on the back of mine and that can be a bit of a handful getting it on and off some times , I might have to invest in a little winch , that's a great idea.👍👍

      Cheers Robfur, glad it gave you an idea. Small 12v winches are cheap on ebay. I can load my KLR650 on my own, with the winch remote, quite easily 👍

    Can't beat a New Zealand lambskin seat cover!!

      Been tinkering with our Winnie for 2.5 years now. It's been one of the biggest projects I've ever taken on, but totally worth it 👍

    20k later. nice mods! Love the bike and winch.I just did a 2 inch lift on my Ducato...and spent a mint on accesories. Saggy suspension is often around an inch lower than standard( or on the bump stops) so 3 inches higher total is common.

    Gday guys enjoy the videos and the only one with a vehicle similar to what I have - 1998 Mazda T4600 Winnebago Alpine, we’re from around Lake Macquarie and was wondering where you had your suspension springs setup for you as mine are the original and shocking also no anti roll bars. Where they from the same place as the shocks? Anyway keep up the great work and good to see you in the CMCA Wanderer - Leigh n Deb

      @campwinnietravellingaustralia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Leigh and Deb,
      We used SSA (Suspension Supplies Australia) and got the toughest springs we could buy! (extra leafs). Shocks are Pedders 4WD shocks from a Pedders dealer. No other options available for our 94 Isuzu.
      Here's the website for SSA:

      Thanks for your support 👍

    When I buy a motor home I would love to take my v star cruiser
    How do you think that would go around
    I’m all over the place watching your videos but love all of them
    I plan next year to start so excited and nervous of course
    But wow I’ll be having my arms in the air all the time lol
    Thanks again 😁

    • @campwinnietravellingaustralia
      @campwinnietravellingaustralia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lyn, thanks for watching.
      There's a couple of ways to take your VStar. Depending on the bikes weight, and the strength of your motorhome chassis, you may be able to mount it on the rear of the motorhome like we did. Otherwise, towing a small trailer with your bike in it may be far more practical. A trailer gives you other opportunities too such as carrying additional goods such as extra food, water, gas, tools, motorcycle gear, fuel, etc
      Some things to consider 👍

      Hi Andrew. Actually, nothing special at all, just a Go-pro 10 with a media-mod (external microphone cage). We use that same camera to film everything, including the dash footage
      Cheers mate
