Gotta hit the flat part of the casting with the hammer not the tie rod stud, just like the UCA. Be sure to leave the nut on when you do it because taking a tie rod to the shin after it rockets out sucks 😂.

They were old worn out tie rods that weren’t getting reused and tossed anyways. Kit came with new beefier nice ones 🤷🏻♂️ didnt really care how they got out 😂
