I made this back when the episode came out a couple years ago, but I "remastered" it. This version has me saying "Zamasu" like the dub does, and now features the actual voice of Zamasu, ripped from the games. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน

The only real change I noticed is how you pronounced the U at the end of Zamasu, but that being said, this was epic as it could get.
It also now as actual Zamasu lines, from the games specifically.
There’s also an echo to Trunks’s voice, like he’s actually yelling outside. Zamasu’s voice also sounds cleaner.
They pronounced the U in the english dub.

Yeah, the arc is even officially called the Future Trunks arc and it completes his character development.
Well, the Genki Dama/Spirit Bomb Sword isn't good, but the ending like this would be perfect comparing to that Infinite Zamasu bullsh**
I mean, the infinite Zamasu thing was kinda stupid, but they had to find some way to resolve that whole timeline. Give the kids something to hope for.

I disagree, the Sword of Hope fits Trunks character arc and his impact on the people he protects, while also giving him a new finishing move that is fits his character to a T. Its just not explained well. The people believe in Trunks so much that they willingly give him their genki, instead of Trunks having to ask for it like Goku. The key concept is genki is voluntary and Trunks embodies hope. Couple this with the factor that the genki derived moves have a holy (as in smite evil) quality, (which is also why the original SB/GD was more effective against Buu then Freiza) Zamasu basically was DB's more faithful equivalent to the Devil and he was heavily weakened by SSB Vegito, it does make sense.
That scene really, REALLY should have been the end of that arc

I vaguely remember seeing a version of this on Twitter, when Kaiser pronounced "Zamasu" with a silent "U". I'm guessing that the new pronunciation is what makes this version "final".
This new version also has actual Zamasu voice clips now, from the games.

this is some of my favorite TFS adjacent content you've ever produced. it's crazy that sometimes your trunks feels even more fitting than eric's.
not for nothing either, they gave trunks some bullshit dialogue for the official version of this scene. the g gundam homage is infinitely more satisfying.
Although the spirit sword came out of nowhere, I feel like this gave it more emotional push, rather it being a spirit sword like a spirit bomb, more feeing like he put all of his spirit, emotion, and as he said, sorrow, into that blade,

Honestly I would fucking LOVE Kaiser to be the official Trunks english VA moving forwards. He gets the voice pitch perfect but it's just a bit less... dubbed sounding than the original. I dunno, there's a degree of emotion here that's just missing in DBS for me, and it's so good hearing it like this.
