The Beach Boys - Little Saint Nick (2024 Stereo Remix)

Hello everyone! Sorry it's been so quiet on the upload front. In case you haven't seen by now, Broman and I are working together on a SMiLE mix, so I've been a bit preoccupied. However, I knew I wanted to do something for the festive season, so here we go - a full remix of Little Saint Nick, replicating the single mix with the celeste and sleigh bells. I fully remixed the bass, guitars, piano, and drums from a mono backing track, with the vocals, celeste, and sleigh bells coming from the 2004 Christmas Album reissue.

Thanks for the comment! Yeah the official single mix is really weird - it starts with the album mix on one side (piano, guitars, bass, drums) and the single overdubs on the other side (celeste, bells) before transitioning to a muddy semi-mono mess. I was definitely happy to give it a refresh. Glad you enjoyed it!

@@gwaunch1967 You can blame Brian for that. So the Single Mix is a 3-Track. Track 1-Basic Track, Track 2-Extra Instruments and Track 3 is Mike's Triple Vocal. They actually recorded the Extra Instruments while Mike was doing his vocal sweetening.
