One of the creepiest epidodes easily. They were so hyper focused on demonic evil that they forgot humans are also evil. Alot. I wonder if Abby ranted about Prue magically appearing in two or three places at once in jail or the asylum. The doctors probably thought she was hallucinating.
Btw, can y’all stop editing the crap out of all these scenes. This video has a major glitch in the edit with a sequence repeated. Please just show the original scene with no CUTS. Thank you very much.
It's because of the stunt doubles. I think there's a reason they always need to cut those out. Probably something about the contract. Will be funny in season 6, since they were too lazy switching the "real" actresses in sometimes so you can clearly see the stunt doubles.
@@chaoticstudent1815 I don't think it's the stunt doubles at all. I think it's because youtube is extremely picky now about what's considered "graphic and violent" material. Pretty much all the major edits and cuts are when something a little more violent happens.
@@OptinexP I don't agree. YT would be pretty empty by now if that was the case. Either it's because there are some financial issues (I'm working in the branch... Just editing my voice would cost you the same amount of money you paid for recording it) or it is like @rayquancaldwell2548 put it: They cut it so people would be baited into subscribing to Paramount.
I like how in this scene it gives a full range of what Prue can do and why. She uses her hands to untie her binding when she can't see it, and when she can't direct her telekinesis with her hands, she goes back to channeling it with her eyes. She then astral projects when she has to trick Abby to escape.
It was a bad misstep in writing though to just have Prue wander around the kitchen. They could have at least try to have her look for a weapon on her keys, and not have Abby loudly just waltz in when we already knew Prue could just TK random stuff around, or even identify her shape. At least have Abby creep or crouch in there.
I cant believe they cut out how Prue absolutely obliterates her into the cabinet. That is hands down my favorite Prue moment. I also like how now that she has her sisters she can see and successfully move abbie. Kind of like how when Paige calls for Wyatt without her voice when piper and phoebe say his name . Showcasing the sisters bond and The Power of three at its finest. 🤘✨✨✨✨
All stalkers are fueled by the deadly sin of envy. The biggest flaw in trying to steal a person’s identity and life, is sooner or later the truth will come out. One way or the other. They will *never*…*ever* literally b that person. The victims traits, the stalkers r only seeing what they want to c, and not the whole thing or the truth. My blunt honest advice for them irl, is for them to try and improve themselves instead of trying to take it from another. If that’s too long, so b it. If it’s truly too hard, well that’s just tough. It’s better then the alternative of jail.
And I love the point Piper made when she said "Prue there are other Evils in the World, and Some are Even Human...💯💯" Prue was clearly so use to Supernatural Evil, she didn't think "Human" Evil would Still be something to Worry or think about
I don’t know about anyone else but I definitely was obsessed with Prue like Abby was but not to that extreme of wanting to hurt her, I thought it was a great episode with a stalker twist.
I was also obssesed with Prue! in a good way. She was and would always be my favorite. Because i identified and see myself in her on so many levels. But in this part, its true with her astral projection. she could had beat the shiet out of her easy. I mean i dont know if she was also blind in her astral form. i dont know how that works. Cause when death was trying to take that soul in that episode she astral project and she was trying to fight death with awesome moves. Cause when she astral project she can touch people. She astral projected in the table and quick baltazar. But i think the reason they made this scene that way was because as powerful prue think she is u can never be too cocky/ fresh/ secure/ relax and think ur the shiet because the type of power u have. They enable her eyesight to make her a bit weak to make it harder on her. To make her pride/ ego go down a notch and dont be arrogant because she is a witch and has powers. u get what im saying. I guess her eyesight is her criptanite in a way? lol. U weak or remove the eyesight is a bit hard for someone to have a target locked in and attack. Is like a blind person shooting at the air.
This is exactly what I've been thinking for years. LOL They wrote it that way, even if it doesn't make sense, because it was more convenient for the story but she could have totally "defeated" her with her astral form.
Wait what? That means they foreshadowed them all then because they all died multiple times throughout the first3 seasons. I see where you were going with that, but nah a bit of a stretch. A true foreshadow would be if she was killed throughout the first 3 seasons in a way the was similar to her actual death.
One of my favorite episodes out the entire series. I’m talking all 8 seasons. this is when season 3 got back on track with the darker esque story writing and real world circumstances, regarding demons, magic and personal life. Season 2 was our first sign of things getting a little fairytale ish, from the random Dan storyline to trapped in a painting nonsense ????? I know people say the first three season are the best, but my favorite seasons are 1,3,4 because of the darker storytelling. Season 2 was when we first got a glimpse of Brad and his nonsense fantastical storytelling, from the apocalypse horsemen, Prue turning into a man, the genie episode, not bad per say, but compared to other supernatural shows on TV at the time Buffy the vampire slayer, supernatural, etc charmed started to take a very childish route compared to it’s competitors

That would have been a lot smarter, you're right. I'm guessing because of her emotions being out of whack, it would have been harder to astral project further away, plus it would leave her body vulnerable for longer. Also agree about the editing, it is so annoying.
I like that the human villain is a female for a change. Tired of them always being male. Women can be evil too and this episode proves it. Why movies and shows think the bad ones have to always male is ridiculous to me when reality can look different.
Well that was scary finding out you have a stalker also who's obsessed wd you like seriously, she wants to be you getting some stuff about u like whoa!! That was way too scary as in, like you were just there being you doing ur job and all. Den later on someone will get u gosh! Well in all fairness, most women/girls who become victims of stalking, it's by males. Usually by an ex, or someone who wanted to date them, but she didn't give that man the time of day. This episode is strange in that rarely would you have a female employee stalk another woman. It "almost" never happens...

Abbey played by Boti Bliss, who went on to have a recurring role in CSI: Miami
She would’ve been dead if it wasn’t for her sisters. It’s nice to have siblings that look out for each other
Prue took down wrestling champions. She could simply astral project and beat up Abbey. No way a normal human could take down Prudence.
