ഞാൻ trivandruthu work ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ..IBS office interior work ഞാൻ ആണ് ചെയ്തത്.
അന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് 6000 sqft. Area .....ആദ്യത്തെ വലിയ work... Mathews Sir തന്ന Breakthrough.... ഒരു തുടക്ക കാരൻ്റെ confidence വർദ്ധിക്കാൻ ഇതിൽ കൂടുതൽ എന്ത് വേണം....🙂🙂🙂
അതിനു ശേഷം കുറെ കാലം അദ്ദേഹവും ആയി നല്ല ബന്ധം ആയിരുന്നു ...
IBS work ചെയ്തത് കാരണം ടെക്നോപാർക്കിൽ ഒരുപാട് work ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്...
IBS...first office, ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത experience ആയിരുന്നു.... ചലഞ്ചും.....അതുപോലെ ഉള്ള ഡിസൈൻ ആദ്യം ആയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നതും. .വർക്കിൻ്റെ quality....അത് വളരെ important ആയിരുന്നു. ..
But, weekly meetings...എല്ലാം ok ആയില്ലെങ്കിലും, പെർഫെക്റ്റ് work എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു...encourage ചെയ്യും..... അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ എന്നിൽ ഉള്ള ട്രസ്റ്റ്, ..അതായിരുന്നു എൻ്റെ എനർജി.
ശരിക്കും എൻജോയ് ചെയ്തു work ആയിരുന്നു...

I've been using Heathrow airport at least couple of times every year for over last two decades and was pleasantly surprised to realise from this insightful interview that IBS software, providers of IT solutions to Heathrow airport was founded by someone from my hometown Kochi and is headquartered in Kerala . Listening to full interview blew my mind away especially the way IBS survived the pandemic and kudos to Mr V K Mathew and IBS for setting such a high standard or benchmark in aviation industry
Another outstanding thing that stood out in the interview is the Scandinavian level of gender equality followed in the IBS workforce, especially the management sector ! It makes me even prouder to hear that a world leader in aviation industry ,maintain such a high standard in gender equality at management level in a male dominated society like India's
That shows the overall vision of VK Mathew and am sure these sort of interview's will inspire young minds in Kerala to reach the high standards set by IBS and more firms with similar business etiquette will evolve from Kerala in future .

We need a professional interview with MA Yusafali regarding How he built Lulu? Not the usual Painkili interview of the landing in UAE with the Ship Bumra, and there was not proper road to Abudhabi.
