When I saw this video in my notifications, I clicked just for that nice coincidence... it turned out to be one of the best ASMR experiences I've had lately. Thank you for your creativity, this was exquisite. I've had tingles after a REALLY long time from your white-noise-free, super soft calm whispering and muted sound effects! Amazing.

I LOVE muted whispers and how playful it is for our ears to go back and forth with the trigger. A few months ago I had my ears checked and they put me on one of those heavy headphones they use to check your hearing, and it felt really similar to what you are doing here. I just discovered your channel and I don't know if you've done this before or if you do roleplays, but this trigger would be fantastic for a video like that. EDIT: Oh, I just saw you actually did a hearing test video 4 months ago! I'll check it after this one : D
I think a version of this with actual headphones to look at when you introduce them, and like different looking ones to keep it interesting, could be interesting. This is an excellent video though!

This is one of my fav triggers, and I'm always playing hearing tests videos just to hear it! Like you said the ear cupping & fishbowl effect, while similar just isn't quite the same.
I loved the video and the muted effect. I like the slightly stronger muting effect personally. Also, concerning your hair, I have the same issue. I haven't messed around with it much since I almost never go anywhere thanks to Covid and having people in my life that are immunocompromised. And I don't like taking my headphones places because I don't want to get them stolen. lol. That being said, I feel like if you keep some strands of hair up in the front, then pull the rest back, you should be able to have the best of both worlds? The strands in front will help shape your face still while your ears don't have to be covered up. You can probably even pull your hair into a ponytail like that.
