what you said about reminding yourself to slow down made me think - what if you did a video where you don't slow yourself down at all in the beginning, then you do it more and more as the video progresses. i think that could be a really sleepy idea. love your videos btw :D

Hi - not into any visual triggers - it's all sound for me. Your super close soft whisper is excellent, especially with the tiny bit of accent. I appreciate that you try and go slowly, I find too many rush and defeat the relaxation potential. Great work - please make more soft, slow, close whisper videos.... you do it so well.
Once again, the best compliment I can pay, is to be honest and say I didn't make it to the end of the video because I drifted peacefully off into an ephemeral dreamlike state.
