The Gauntlet of the Conflagrator is a Necron artifact. Crafted by the Cryptek Harri'apt the Conflagrator, this gauntlet uses interdimensional energy-exchangers to open a microscopic conduit to the raging heart of a star.
"They came to us as gods and we, like fools, took them at their word. Mephet'ran the Deceiver, Aza'gorod the Nightbringer, Iash'uddra the Endless Swarm; I curse their names, and the names of all their malevolent brethren."
Their march is relentless. Harmonious in thunderous lockstep as legions upon legions of Warriors and Immortals descend upon their foes. Their weapons strike true, forever and always, hardlined and programmed with prediction and trajectory algorithms fine tuned to perfection. Even their madness has been fine tuned into brilliance, both terrifying to behold, and a testament that anything and everything is theirs to command and utilize. Unity. Order. Obedience. They taught these things to the galaxy long ago. And they _will_ do so again. Time is not your ally against the Necrontyr. They enslaved that entity millennia ago.
Nearly all factions in WH40k scare me to some degree. The Imperium's iron fist and blind faith, the Tau's dogmatic regime, the Aeldari's mastery over the fundamental force fo death, the Drukhari's commitment to and deification of torture, and the never-ending, all-consuming swarm of the Tyranids. But the Necrons? They do not scare me. They *terrify* me. No matter how many you kill, they will continue to advance. No matter your defences, they will never retreat. No matter how much damage you do to them, they will regenerate and return. You cannot outrun them, you cannot hide from them, and you cannot hope to defend against their wepons. They will chase you across an entire world, flay you down to your last atom, and devour your soul to ensure there is no escape, even in death.

So whats the fast lore(I know there is no such thing as fast short lore in 40K)because your Mechanicus believe in the mashine god, so would these be allies or enemies to them?
Enemies, definitively. The Ad Mech worship the machine because it was made by men and bring them closer to the Machine-God, but alien tech is unpure because xenos do not revere the Machine thus rendering their creation blasphemous in the eye of the Machine-God. That and the fact that Necrons are somewhere too close to what the Ad.Mech would call "abominable intelligence" (AI), which is one of the greatest crime there is for them (due to the fact that humanity was almost wiped out by their own AI back in the Dark Age of Technology), for them the Machine is pure only when it is revered in the right way and that Humans are in osmos with it, not independant. Hope it answered your question!
