I had the same laptop and it had so much heating issue that I contacted my Lenovo Support and they sent a technician. Turns out they were suspiscious about my heatsink so they replaced and repasted it with new ones and now it's working very well

How much battery backup give without gaming in your laptop brother
Wrong. This ideapad is capable of supporting 32gb of ram. I would actually rate this laptop's upgrability about 6/10. It has 3 storage slots but one of them is sort blocked by the hdd. And lenovo artifically limited the ram upgrade. It should be capable of 64gb.

I purchased a new Lenova ideapad gaming 3(15Ach6) ryzen 5 5600h,8gb/512/4gb gpu)and I'm facing some noise problem. When I open 2 or 3 app then fan start spinning and krrraa sound come from the laptop . Bro you can go for it but remember to buy a cooling pad with 4 fans or 3 fans minimum bcz high gaming will increase the temp of the laptop which will make fps drop and add a additional 8gb ram which will make it a beast and you will get very high fps in games (for ram go for crucial or Kingston ram only, you can get ram for 2k or 3k rupees)

I have been getting 1-2 fps due to heating issues since 2 months. After 10-15 mins gaming my pc stutters a lot.
I contacted lenovo support and they said they will be sending engineer to check for thermal issue. (I have the same laptop)

@@Highhperr they changed the heatsink and cleaned the fans and motherboard thoroughly so till now it's running fine with no issues.

@@Highhperr no if you buy latest laptop of same model they have good fan placement and ventilation so the thermals will be way good than mine. If you can wait for some days go for Gen7 version of this laptop it has cooling design of legion series.

Asus vivo book 15 has different variants.
The one which has dedicated graphics card that one heats a lot.
The one which does not dedicated graphics that one gives good battey backup and does not heat much but doesn’t give good performance while gaming

8gb × 2 is excellent bcz it will be dual channel. 16gb × 1 is not good you may face problems due to single channel ram. Hope it helps

We cannot down clock the cpu from third party application.
It has been locked by intel for i5 10300h
So I would suggest you to get a good cooling pad for yourself.

1gb hdd + 246gb ssd. Keep your window and other softwares in ssd and files,videos,movies or games in hdd. Keeping all things in one disk(512gb ssd) is not safe, if virus enters you will loose all of your data

Reason why I did not update it is because one of the drone software which I use often is not supported on windows 11

I actually bought it for work, network and cyber security labs, will be running alot of virtual machines with vcpu.... Don't really care about the gaming aspect.... I just want to know if this laptop can accommodate my labs which run mostly on virtual machines... I currently have a 32gb Dell Precision core i7, which starts to get very hot when i run my labs...
Please give your opinion, is this laptop great for running virtual labs for network engineers like EVE-NG or Gns3.

When I purchased this laptop that time i5 11th gen was not available
The only option was the i5 10th gen.
Later I extended my ram from 8gb to 16gb
Bro don't buy Lenovo now their service is very bad now
