I’ve said it a million times, I wish Mattel would do molded knee pads for these bigger knee pads so we don’t lose any articulation. Guys like Angle, RVD, Booker T, Scott Hall, Triple H, etc. And yes, that torso only works for a very specific couple of guys.
Another pass for me in the ultimate line. Their only redeeming quality lately is the extra heads and accessories. The upper torsos ruin these figures aesthetically.
The crying head is the best it's got the perfect expression for angle i don't know how you don't like it if you review figures you should def see how great this is this captures feeling and a moment in time also cloth is always better but mattel makes shit cheap cloth now they use to do better and jakks did them best. The torso is big yes they should use the Flair one
It’s not the worst with the singlet off and the belt and medals on to do his in ring pose. Mattel/ Bill make some weird choices from time to time that I think they trust their gut on and don’t get a feel for what the collectors want. I feel like 10 out of 10 people would see a clothed version and a moulded version and choose the latter over the option to have it on or off. It’s kind of like the Hogan skin tone.
I get it’s your thing to say all the things you don’t like… but I’m good with it sure the torso is big but it’s a toy and I like that they are trying diff things … I’m happy to have it !! I love watching your videos tho … hope all is well
I must pass on this ultimate edition. The Entrance Greats Kurt Angle still sets the standard for this era. Smh, how can Mattel fumble a Kurt Angle? Put some respect on his figures 😤
I wonder if the NWO Macho would have been a better torso for this era Kurt. If they want to do the singlet down they should definitely do what they did with the new Mr. Perfect because that singlet fits much much better and doesn't look too bad and you can do the same thing without it looking jank. I think ultimately I will skip this Kurt, till they can get a better formula
Alex I think Kurt beats Eddie for most disappointing Ultimate. So much anticipation and they fumbled from torso, singlet cloth choice and face scan. I’m a completionist on UE but will wait for a sale on this one
With all I buy from mattel I clearly love their line. Don’t have to love every figure and sometimes you don’t know how the figure is until you have it in hand. Just giving my opinion.
I don't see why so many ppl have such a big problem with this figure. It still looks passable granted a little big but passable. We've received Rock figures that just aren't accurate.

@@AlexWestCollects when it comes down to the Eddie figure they totally dropped the ball that figure looks god awful but with Kurt I can see where they'd think it looks passable. The Hollywood Rock figure they put out a couple series back was WAY too jacked for The Rock I mean it looks ok but it is just way too big and makes him look completely inaccurate.
Everyone complains about the torso because it's obvious. It's less weird with the singlet, but the RVD ultimate was done so much better and it's a shame they gave him an upper body that should have been on a Batista, HHH, Lashley, etc.

The smiling Angle face looks WAY WAY more like him than either of the others. That smiling face is actually an amazing scan
They should have used the Ultimate Bret Hart singlet torso.

Yea possible but then you run into more clumping around the joints like some mezco figures. Execution is tough with cloth singlets

Kurt angle elite 59 is one badass figure. I'll be putting that team Angle hood on the Ultimate.. Imo
