P51,B17 love these planes, don't have any as rc planes, got to put F4U on the list, you and your wife are top notch,it's a blessing. I injoy from box to maiden flight build, problem I have is understanding of radeo, charging ,lot of changes from the 80s to 2024. Anyway thank you for all the information you provide at 70yrs old never keep learning, keep moving
I really like watching your flights because you tell us what you're doing with the controls as you fly, great for learning for beginners. I watched you build the F4U and when you were making the pull tab for the canopy, I thought, why not fold the tab over to length then position it onto the canopy to desired length. Your camera crew is excellent!!!!
After much waffling and deliberation, 1.2. BNF or this, or the Arrows 1.1m, I'm pulling the trigger on this model. I've already got an Avian 70amp lite Smart esc for it and an AR631. The flaps and LEDs sold it. Ill just make it a "BNF" with the good stuff. Thanks for the links!! 👍
They're all good, but the 1.2m and 1.4m are both considerably better than the 1.1m, fwiw. You'll love any of the three, but my preference would be 1.2m, only because it's so dang easy to get in the air... My order of recommendation would look like this... bprc.me/F4U_Corsair - 1.2m bprc.me/FMS_F4U_Corsair - 1.4m bprc.me/Arrows_F4U_Corsair - 1.1m
The instruction manual DOES show how to install the elevator and the rudder on pages 10 and 11. It is under the heading of "Install the Stabilizer" It' IS easy to miss because it in on the same pages as the main wing and the rear wheel retract.
Hey Brian, are you going to get into any of the AS3X+ upgrades and setups in your videos. I imagine there are a lot of pilots that repurpose receivers from plane to plane.
Yeah, but not sure when we're going to do it for the first run. It's kinda like, we WANT to show how to do it, but can't figure out if it matter yet. I guess it'll depend on the plane...not every plane is gonna be able to justify the additional steps to update the Rx for AS3X+. To be honest, we're just slammed right now with other issues, like moving planes, and making room for construction in the basement, and lining up engineers for the dam-gift shop, and all sorts of finishing touches on the pond. It's been really stressful, and just trying to keep up.
I think they're awesome, and adding so many channels is a NO BRAINER ;) Super excited to NEED some of the additional feature, BUT very nervous that the "average" guy is going to be a bit over-whelmed with tech...so I hope it's not a double edged sward. AS3X was awesome, but AS3X+ is going to be AMAZING! Now we just need to figure out how to make it work well, and make it EASY. If it's NOT easy, or there's issues, it's gonna be a huge landmine. Thanks for the question, and more to come in upcoming footage, as you surely already expect ;)

Brian I. Always enjoy watching you fly your airplanes you and camera crew makes it so much fun
Yes, best channel on TH-cam by far
Thanks Jessie!
You two are brilliant! Greetings from Belgium. Luc

Thanks so much! Glad you're with us, and Megan is great! As for the pull tab - GREAT IDEA!!!! I should have done that for sure ;)
I use tiny mini cable ties on the control surface clips, better than the rubber tube. Lovely looking plane.
Love the Un-Boxing, and the build… you guys are the best….👍🏻….😎
Thanks, and glad you enjoy it!

I have upgraded the firmware on my 90mm F22s and FMS F16, noticeable improvements on the AS3X and the nose wheel gyro works!
yeah, I'm hearing this too. The additional Gyro Gains for steering wheel is pretty huge from what I hear. Can't wait to try it out!
For the Voltage Telemetry / sensing, may you can use the Balancer Port from the Lipo. First and Last Pin should have the complete Voltage.
Why would someone take offense at calling Megan “Camera Crew”? That’s what she is and a damn good one at that.
Because there are tolls all over the WWW ;(
Thanks for sticking up for us, and you got that right - she is damn good!!!!!! ;)

Yeah, even on the simulator, I’ve noticed that with the smaller warbirds
yes
hey brian . what do you think about the new updates on spektrum transmitters and asx3 plus?
I think they're awesome, and adding so many channels is a NO BRAINER ;)
