A walk around Butlersbridge, Co. Cavan

Butlersbridge is a village in the north of County Cavan. The River Annalee flows through Butlersbridge. The N3 Dublin-Cavan-Enniskillen-Ballyshannon road passes to the west of the village. The N54 goes through Butlersbridge and links the N3 with Clones and Monaghan Town. The N3 went through Butlersbridge until 1999 when it bypassed the village. St. Aidan's Church in Butlersbridge is a Roman Catholic Church. It was built between 1860 and 1863 and was designed by William Hague Jr.
