You're all wrong. Lucario's Aura maxes at 167% in Brawl, despite the event leading one to think it maxes at 182%. SM4SH's Lucario's Aura maxes at a bit over 200%.
Why didn't Salem fthrow at 12:12? Surely that would have killed if Tsu had less than perfect DI, and probably even with perfect DI. I didn't even know dthrow was a kill option at all.
I don't think you can really complain about lucarios aura, it's a pretty balanced mechanic tbh seeing as he's most effective when at the brink of death

In a way, it's your fault that your opponent is so powerful, because if you just KO'd Lucario, he'd be very weak. And as you can see in this set, that is the case. More often than not, Tsu dies before he can land the finishing blow because he is at such high percent and it no longer takes a strong move to finish him. It makes it more dangerous for Salem, of course, but it also makes it dangerous for Tsu.
