Hello! Since 2017 I have been having these horrible nightmares after the passing of my great grandma and my other grandmas cat. They have to do with car accidents, planes crashing, death, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, floods, apocalypse, sinkholes, falling off a cliff, war, nuclear fallouts with bombs and many other things. The funny thing is I also can’t wake up whenever I want I have to stay in the nightmare till I finally wake up in the morning. The nightmare cycle happens two times for each nightmare I have. The nightmares got so bad I would end up getting migraines in my sleep. They scare me so much that I can’t tell if they are real or fake which makes my heart race and sometimes I even cry in my own sleep. I needed to visit the school psychologist many times because of them, he told me I needed a therapist. The specific therapist I need is hard to find and pricey not to mention my parents haven’t even tried looking for help with my nightmare issues. I graduated in the spring summer of 2022 so it’s a never ending torture. I do find it hard to go outside because I’m so scared of everything happening in real life. This song really reflects my issues so thank you so much for this beautiful song to spread the awareness of this issue❤.
