So sorry. I experience these myself. I can only imagine what it must be like. Maybe research leaky gut- there is said to be an auto-immune dysautonomia, but when digestion stops and starts again it can also cause stomach or digestive issues for me. I could not eat much or eat too much and digestion would sometimes just seem to stop. There are lots of video's on You Tube etc on how to heal leaky gut, what leaky gut is- all with food/ teas/ herbs/diet etc..I hope that you all find helpful solutions. For me I think that mine was and is caused by mercury and maybe heavy metals/mould and maybe MTHFR deficiency gene mutation or polymorphism. I avoid folic acid and am trying methyl folate and methylcobalamine. Detoxification for me has been a painful process at times. I hope that finding the cause and treating the cause doesn't take too long. For me if a migraine starts , if it is in the morning, sometimes just eating something can sometimes prevent them. Iused wild strawberry leaf tea/ wild strawberries or the leaf for my migraines- much nicer than feverfew! I use St. John's Wort for anxiety/depression/nerve damage. But we are all different and some may not be able to use St' John's Wort. It can't be used with some meds/ birth control! and a few herbs! There are lots of video's about MTHFR . Sometimes it can be hard find what things work best for each person. Some people have hair metals and minerals analysis done. Not all doctors are easy to get on board with doing toxicology it seems in my experience. Some of us may be less able to excrete toxins due to MTHFR. Getting the gut flora can be a problem some times and food sensitivities can sometimes be found by keeping a food diary. My Mum did not exactly know that I was ill, but now , with hindsight I see that she knew how to look after me. Some kind of experience and intuition I think.

@@marygilson3490 he doesn’t eat at all. He drinks Boost. I’m sure sluggish gut goes with Dysautonomia because swelling is an autonomic thing and not brain/automatic. He didn’t have these issues when this first started at 8-9 but was passing out. Unfortunately, he got a great job after graduating and was exposed to lead at very high levels (cuz the company has an OSHA employee on deck that calls every time ‘surprise’ visits are happening) but he got lead poisoning at 19-20 and his health started declining pretty quickly. He was having tremors and all at one point.
I hope you continue to find ways to help yourself & am glad you’re able to advocate & be articulate about your needs & issues. I wish my son could. Thanks for the great tips!

@@melissamccutcheon1970 Oh, I am so sorry! I use those pouches of organic baby food. They are pureed but some have some thickness to them. There might be some support groups for lead detoxification on Facebook if you use it. I am not sure whether high silica water helps for lead. But it might be worth researching. If there are not groups more specific to lead detoxifying there was a mercury and Heavy metals group that may have discussed lead because they frequently may have helped to interpret hair metals and minerals analysis results. I apologise for my delay in reply. I am a bit shy of notifications as I fear people sometimes at the mo! I hope that things might get better quickly, safely and as pain free as possible. All of the very best wishes/ happy healing vibes to you all. If I can find something helpful I will try to get back to you. I could probably do with some lead detoxification myself as well.

@@melissamccutcheon1970 Sometimes some of us detoxify less well than others and sometimes we need help with a process in the body called methylation. This video might help to explain it. It might not be a problem but if it is it could make a big difference for some people. .th-cam.com/video/QjBYHh2WHpg/w-d-xo.html

We are so sorry to hear that. Hopefully your doctors are aware of this and are giving you the treatment that you need. Take care
