Your German becomes more and more impressive ! "Mehrfamilienhaus" sounds so natural when you say it but it is such a tough word for non-natives.

Still working on the Staubsauger, but you are getting there I am sure...
I would not buy strawberries in March (and most of April) as the ones you can buy at this early point of year tend to be full of pesticides and bereft of any taste. Just wait till May.
