(confirmed by the scout class in another rolve game in "Unit 1968" also we don't really know if its confirmed or not might be tho since scout 1968 and marksman both have same lines just different voice and both are calm and their pretty much the same character, and i started this theory in the tc2 reddit and alot of people liked it, so its my canon now until rolve does something about it) Spy vs Agent, Spy wins i just dunno, they prob would have a really epic fight tho.
