I hate to admit it, but I'm a tiny bit envious of you. 😁Your work seems so exciting, traveling though out Ghana and sharing real stories about the people, the culture, the various pieces that uniquely make Ghana what it is. I'm on up in age. I made my bucket-list trip to Ghana, and I'm praying that this covid-19 stuff will go away soon. God's will, I want to make another trip, a longer one. Please keep sharing your amazing content with us.

Thanks for your comments always. Glad you were able to make Ghana at least once. Most people never get the chance.

Perfect, and well done again. Yes indeed yellow is your favourite colour as it came out magnificently on you. Koforidua is another ancient city in Ghana. Cheers

I need to do more exploring there to learn more about the city.

@@IvyProsper Perhrps with some luck you might come across a native bead seller whose ancient Aggry beads are tucked away intact. Prior to the arrival of the Portugues the highly valued Aggry beads were not uncommon among our ancient natives there.
In contemporary Ghanaian societies no one really seems to talk about Aggry beads. Exactly similar beads were found in the tombs of our ancient Pharaohs in Thebes, in Northeast Africa (today's Middle East). Middle from what? Even Aggry beads were found as far as in India.
So called modern Europe at the time never had these precious Aggry beads

Beautiful African beads. How can we get them to the UK? Simply natural jewelleries for anyone to compliment all fashion styles worldwide. Beads are forever classic to any generation.

I love all the beads, but especially the smaller ones at 4:00 in the video. Is this woman in Kokrobite everyday, or was this a special arts and crafts event? Such creativity, I would want one of each color! I really like the glass beads.

Do these bead shops do wholesale prices? The reason I ask is because I'm a designer and I'm looking to take a trip to Ghana and I would love to by-product to enhance my designs

Ivy is an embodiment of art and crafts with unapologetically African bias.
