They went on so long about “woke” that I was wondering what ISN’T “woke”! They’ve really got to come up with a new buzzword.
The sad thing about it is that the "woke" are the smallest group of people, yet effect the largest amount of people based on fear. Where have we seen this in history?... Eventually the "woke" will burn out and finally fade back away, and society can get back to progressing forward, rather than backwards.
It's just a gaslighting buzz word for the inclusion or even basic acknowledgement that people "other" than straight, white, able bodied, Christian, males!

I wouldn't go to Fox News or Jimmy Kimmel to understand what people mean when they say woke. But understand that it is a valid criticism of the way companies manipulate us by virtue signalling and/or creating reations by pushing messages they know could be divisive, especially when looking at the wider cultural narrative. Any time you see a company make a "woke" decision, know they spent a lot of time on it deciding how much money it will make them, and Fox News made the same call when reporting on it.

He at 16 started working out, and before Covid competed in competition , in Las Vegas, and hopped on stage, with one leg, and would not enter the disability class. He won first place , and not because he was different , but because his body was the best !

I get the snow day guy. Growing up in Illinois, as a kid, we would wait with baited breath listening to the radio to see if our school was closed for a snow day. We were often disappointed; it took a LOT of snow for that to happen. Midwesterners are so used to snow it had to to be really extreme to shut anything down.
