Hi Nishi, I would suggest you to opt for a PhD degree with a research position so that you can sustain the expenses and also get a stronger CV after completing your PhD. I suggest to search for German Sports University, Charité university medicine, etc as a starting point.

For chemistry students, there is a very nice scholarship called RESOLV. They pay you around €900 as stipend and then in most cases you are absorbed in the same team as a PhD student.
You just need to search for the best professors in your college/Uni. who know you well so that they can actually write a good substrate for your academic and extra-curricular achievements.

You can do a masters degree in data science or computational engineering. These are covered under DAAD and are the most sought courses.

Yes, you can try for the upcoming summer semester. Because the ones for Winter semester are already completed for most of the good uni.
