I tried this and it looks great right after I cut it. But after I wash my hair and try to settle it again, it's kind of hard to find the short pieces that's mixed in with the long 😂

when ur hair dries, rub the front of your hair, that way, the short hair will be easier for u to spot :)

Reminder to all of us who have thick hair. Bangs like this look very good on thinner and fine hair types. I cut my bangs and I have tremendously thick hair, and it did not look right, so if you are considering and you have thick hair be careful ❤

I would prolly overthink while holding the scissor and calculating the length and area of my hair and also multi-thinking if it's worth it or what will be the result. It happened to me a lot of times. I messed up twice but whenever my hair got long and I saw bangs cutting vid, I was always tempted. Sometimes it turns out so good 😆

Update -
It looks amazing when I straighten it and it makes me look younger WAY younger but I sadly couldn't do both sides same one is a bit thicker then the other but still its looking good 😁

How to style these!
Dry them like normal about 80% of the way
Use a round brush and use it to straighten your hair. Dry it upwards, and make sure to not let it fall out backwards.
Take the shorter hairs and put it in a 50mm velcro roller. Blast with high heat from your blowdryer for a 2secs and cool with the cold setting.
Take a small strand of hair from the short hairs, not all, just a few from the middle, and put it in a 40mm velcro roller. Repeat the steps as before.
For the longer parts, use a curling iron to direct it towards your face. Be careful not to burn you face. You can also just spray them with a little water and tuck them behind your ears to create a more natural curve.
Brush it out and you get voluminous hair that frames your face.
I literally saw another video like this one, so I did it accordingly to that video, and in the end I just did bangs, because that didn’t really turn out how I wanted, so I wish that I would’ve seen this just a few days earlier. But thankfully I still look good ❤

@@dontlookhere454 Oh, I totally forgot about this comment hehe. It looks amazing!!! My hair is naturally kinda wavy/curly so when I wake up it's kinda messy. However if I put my hair behind my ears, it gives it a natural curve that looks good with my face shape. Also, it looks really good straightened too! I'd just say go for it...hair always grows back!

I cut them after wanting them fir 3 months. I was scared if i mess up my mom will notice because my hair is butt length. I cut them with tears at 2 am without thinking while my mom was sleeping. I didn’t mess up and it makes my face look way smaller. My sister wanted me to cut them for her too

This method unfortunately didnt work well with my M-shaped hairline and very fine hair texture. Also if you wear glasses, it may cause the shorter hair around the ears to stick up weirdly. Ive been working on growing out the sides, hopefully I can still achieve this style of bang in a way that works with my hair haha!

gonna go to the hair salon in a few weeks tho
i told my hairdresser to cut these bangs and she messed up so bad. she cut them too short and so uneven. she even cut the hair area that is above the ears. it's literally not even an inch long. My school will reopen in a month and it looks so bad i hate it so much how do I fix it.
it'll probably grow out enough in a month. if not, clips and hair bands are the way to go. experiment with ways to put up your hair until it you find something you like and wear it like that until it grows out. good luck!

I’ve had a similar haircut for a long time (but it has more sections like bangs, side parts, etc) and I feel a bit insecure from time to time because at school all girls look so pretty showing their forehead with no bangs or anything and meanwhile I have to constantly brush them. But other than the maintenance I feel happy especially when it’s a good day so get those bangs strangers
