I’ve always been fascinated by New Orleans. Thanks for this video.
My pleasure!
Being born and raised in New Orleans, we always feel a closeness with death and the spirit realm. There are few places in the world that match the spiritual turbulence you will feel here. Kind of makes me proud to be from and live in such a place. The segment about Katrina particularly resonated having lived through that experience and seeing and smelling the death that came with it. That day will forever be seared in my memory.
Sorry you went through that. Such a tragedy.
We.too are from New Orleans and many of the plantations that spring from The River Road. There is something about the entirety of the area that seems to seep into your very being and take root. It is a feeling of familiarity, warmth, and knowing. It will forever remain my favorite feeling of home. 44:21
When I was on vacation THERE it was eerily beautiful in the MOST macabre way. I'll be back NOLA.🖤
This is so cool!! I love it.

Im here because I can't think about the 14 that was killed on bourbon st on new years day . I wonder if how long there soul will linger the streets .
Such a tragedy.
I was in New Orleans a few years ago. The energy there is like nothing I’ve ever felt before, and I have been to a lot of haunted places-Gettysburg, Savannah, St. Augustine, Alcatraz, etc. When I fell asleep the first night we were there, I had the strangest dream about the construction of the Ursuline Convent. I was watching the men work up on wooden scaffolding. Only one of the workers could see me. He was wearing a tricorn hat, had long stringy hair, a gaunt and pockmarked face, and bad teeth. He started laughing at me and asked what I was doing there. Then he threw me down a tunnel, and I woke up 🤷🏼♀️ Strangest dream ever. Strangest place ever.
We love that story!! That is wild!!
It’s the voodoo that gives the vibe. Seductive but at the same time a bit disturbing.
