Hisab karile 1 yr ra fee 24000 to 60000. 3 year fee 72000 to 180,000. Best option Nija plot re ghara thile every 3 year re outer wall re new paint karei paribe etiki maintainance fee re. Society ku maintainance fee deiki paisa waste jiba sabu secretary false bill kariki nija flat re costly jinisa lageibe. Flat only rent purpose re nebaku bhala. Ghara nija plot upare karile bhala.

    If anyone wants to buy a flat as his/her living space then it’s ok. But Bhubaneswar is not at all recommended as a place as an investment option or rental income option, same amount if anyone will invest in bangalore, Hyderabad , Pune even Mumbai too if ur budget is high …. Then even u can get 60 to 70 percentage of ur Home loan EMI if u have opted for 90 percentage bank finance. Magicbricks listening flats are always on a higher side price listed as it is a commission earning based entity to get its earning from your property.
    GST and Registration u have to pay at the time of registration. So after registration ur property appreciation value will be adjusted towards government earnings only (GST n Registration expenses) , home loan emi interest also u have to keep it in mind.
    So Bhubaneswar based flats and apartments are only good for living space. Better to opt for land and individual buildings.

      Agreed, bbsr is worst ever place to invest for flats..yhe flats where asking price is 1.4 cr is not worth 70 lakhs

    Apartment price ku plot price sahita compare karantuni. Resale flat jadi tahele ei flat maximum 32 lacs haba katha. 1 bhk Hitech plaza re 15 lacs, ta 2bhk 37 kana pai. Overpriced.

    Worst areas to stay in Bhubaneswar are Sundarpada, Badagada, Sisupalgarh, old town, dhauli, uttara etc. People r illiterate, uncivilized n uncouth. Spend ur money in good areas where good people r staying. Don't live among crap people.
