Summers is the former President of Harvard University, the former Secretary of the Treasury under Bill Clinton, and was a director of the National Economic Council under Barack Obama.

Spot on. In an institution I know first hand, firsts are achieved by 44% of students. It's a joke. Not least because employers are now doing their own cognitive testing. Higher education is destroying itself.
