Doc I want to let you know that thanks to your videos I crushed my first open mic and got asked to do a couple 5 min guest slots thereafter! Love your work, excited to watch this one. Thank you!!!
Ayyy congrats! 🎉
@@iamjackrain thank you!
Any insight into what crushed the first set? I’m writing mine as I speak would would love to know a little more details!
That's awesome, nice one.
Walk onto the stage and that should be enough. @TimeKnowledgePower
I love Mr. Corley. I did an open mic last night and actually did really good! 1st time not bombing, thanks Doc.
Man, that’s so cool to hear! 👏🎉🔥
Rock On Man!
Great stuff as always, Dr. Jerry. Thanks! 😃
So glad to see new content!
Yes indeedy
I’ve been doing shorts, but the longer form videos just allow me to cover more content.
What a great idea 💡 for source material! 👍
Thanks, Jerry.
This was all really good Jerry! Thank you
Hell ya
Dr is still in the house!
Great info in the video btw!
Hey Jerry! Would you be able to do a video on Josh Johnson's run? As a comic, I'm curious to know what you think his technique is to be doing 15-20 min sets a week and posting them.(While being on the Daily show no less)Is there like a Don Rickles improv element to it? Or is it more like a Chappelle situation, where you let it flow until you arrive at your point because you have the stage time to do so? And do you think he's keeping ANY of the jokes for a special with such current event based material?
I’ll take a look At Josh Johnson and see of there’s a pattern

hahahahah I love it when you said "this fuckerr!!!!"
Dam I'm watching this at night on my phone 😂😂
Haha!
what prompt did you write into chatgpt to get it to give you the lists?
How can I study
What's he watching on his phone all night? He's watching social etiquette tutorials.
She should try talking about her day he won’t last 5 minutes
;)
I came up with
1. One bed in a three bedroom! Girl, you need to schedule an IKEA visit
2. Your boyfriend seems really possessive about the couch. Does he go by JD by any chance? or maybe Does he go by JD Vance by any chance? to leverage the rhyme.
I think your jokes address the root of the issue in the column while mine focus on the details.
The Joke Doctor can administer comedic care to revive and mend limp lackluster jokes and restore their vitality, but unfortunately, he can't prescribe a sense of humor to those with a deficiency...or my much needed adderall and medical marijuana license...
Proof that God is a comedian with a twisted sense of humor:)
Speaking of "proof," apparently there were two other sons of God whose names also start with the letter 'J'... There's Jesus, Jack Daniels, and Jim Beam... God apparently loves his sons, while ousting his daughter Mary Jane? And the irony is, God's sons have done way more damage in my life than Mary Jane has ever done...
Because God loves me, right? WTF?

Jerry's great but "cut the fat". This should be a five minute bit 🤔😉
These MFers get FREE advice and they want to critique the length? There was more than just the advice column stuff in this lesson. That's why they have the Speed button. 🤷♀
First of all: I have been trained by Jerry himself. So, I know the bit is the perfect length and second of all: I am very smart and can see, with my own eyes, that Jerry doesn't need to 'cut the fat' because he looks like he's in great physical condition.
@@JerryCorleythese folks should feel grateful for you.
Umm. This was all packed with goodies. Cut the fat? Some of us like “Slim Thick”. 🤷🏻♂️
