I'm sure the police were called out to Wawa's by wawas store management. Wawa's is really strict about people loitering around their gas stations. Wawas also have a really good relationship with the police. At a location by me the Wawas gave all the cops free stuff at the grand opening. They had 50 plus police attend the grand opening. This is a way Wawas gets cops to do whatever they want without technically asking them to do what they want. It's a demonstration of just another way corporations buy out our government agencies and people lose their representation. I think it should be illegal. Cops make more then enough money to buy a cup of coffee. Why don't they show some of that fine hospitality to some of the homeless at their locations??? Why??? Because homeless people can't do anything to help Wawas. I personally don't like Wawas as a corporation. The first time I walked into the location by me I was thrown out. They accused me of being trespassed from the c store previously which i wasn't. It was literally the first time I walked into that location in months. They thought I was someone else. Management thought I was an indigent homeless person stealing stuff because I was wearing work clothes that morning. I'm sure the police were called out to Wawa's by wawas store management. Wawa's is really strict about people loitering around their gas stations. Wawas also have a really good relationship with the police. At a location by me the Wawas gave all the cops free stuff at the grand opening. They had 50 plus police attend the grand opening. This is a way Wawas gets cops to do whatever they want without technically asking them to do what they want. It's a demonstration of just another way corporations buy out our government agencies and people lose their representation. I think it should be illegal. Cops make more then enough money to buy a cup of coffee. Why don't they show some of that fine hospitality to some of the homeless at their locations??? Why??? Because homeless people can't do anything to help Wawas. I personally don't like Wawas as a corporation. The first time I walked into the location by me I was thrown out. They accused me of being trespassed from the c store previously which i wasn't. It was literally the first time I walked into that location in months. They thought I was someone else. Earlier that same day I questioned the cashier about wanting to see my ID when I'm clearly not underage. Management thought I was an indigent homeless person stealing stuff because I was wearing work clothes that morning. I won't buy anything from Wawa's unless I'm forced to. 711 treat people much better. On top of wawas being anti human their prices are ridiculously high for what you actually get. The only thing that might be a plus for Wawa's is their Subs. I really wouldn't know though because I've never bought them. There bakery products are of lower quality then 7-11 and cost more. Their pizza is low quality. It's like the pizza they give you Ina public elementary school. 7-11 always has good pizza unless it's been sitting on the heat rack too long, even then it's better then the pizza at Wawa's. Not all Wawa's are the same and some of the employees are really great people, but the corporation that runs them is crap.
