I was born and raised in the salmon fishing capital of the world, with the longest driving beach in the world.
The area raised oysters, salmon, trees, and cranberries. I know nothing about raising or cultivating any of those things, but I really like when people put fish in their art - - I do not know why, I just do .... and, I enjoy watching your creativity.
So! I now know something about sequins I did not know ... that could be a blessing or a curse.
The buttons! Mother of pearl-looking .... a TERRIFIC addition to your creation!

That’s so cool! You have had such interesting experiences. I love being near the water. I haven’t been fishing in a very long time but it’s exciting whenever you catch something. Usually just weeds for me. 😊

@@cookingjennfer I actually have caught a salmon with my bare hands! My father had taught me very well - - "when you watch animals, you learn their habits and then you can do almost anything you want, but you have to work with the nature that is in them" .I was as surprised as anyone around me that I practiced what my dad had taught me about cattle! I can tell you this! When I caught her, it was like tying into a hundred pound child on a rage. Salmon carry about one pound of meat per inch. With a LOT of power in thirty pounds. Even catching with a hook, that has got to be even more of a task. It was an amazing adventure, to say the least.
