I’m working on part 1 of my fabric vessel which will have 4 sides and a bottom. The colours will coordinate but each side will have different slow stitching and embroidery. I’ll likely use the vessel to hold my thread scraps which are currently in a little plastic container.

Ooohhh, fantastic layering of fabrics and threads. Love it. Great use of the blanket stitch! I've never used it like that before. I'm definitely going to try that out. So pretty. Your work would look beautiful done on jean jackets or small purses!!

Love the colours. This is going to be a great vessel. I dislike the term vessel and don’t know why. I am making mine into a box shape with squares that I received in an exchange. It will be in the rice bag style.
It is kind of a strange word. Mine will also be square but I was thinking I would try something curvy after this.

Mostly it just happens. Sometimes when I’m doing one that is a picture I would have an idea in my mind but I choose all fabrics and stitches as I go along. 😊

Very interesting. The title was "slow stitch fabric vessel" so I'm guessing that one of the future sequels will reveal the mystery?
Normally I like to do a whole project in one video but this is just one side of the vessel and it took awhile to make. I will have to do a few parts. 😊 I think 4 videos should do it and the assembly will be in the 4th.
