    Do you take total open pipeline in Q1 and closed in that same quarter or total created pipeline in Q1 and closed on Q1 to get ratios for pipeline analysis in Q1, Q2, q3, etc.
    Or do you take total open pipeline Q1 and stage conversion ratios. Meaning, opportunity rolled from Q4 2023 to Q1 2024 and that’s your “open” pipeline. Then stage ratios per quarter with roll overs from Q1 to Q2 and Q2 to Q3, etc defined as your open pipeline.
