what I eat in 2 days | mini bagel bites, protein coffee, in-n-out, chocolate banana pancakes

  • Sharing random meals that I ate in two days. As of recently I tried adding as much protein as I can when eating and that has been a work in progress. Here are meals that were pretty easy and quick to make in the kitchen. Most of my groceries are from Costco and Trader Joe’s. I hope you enjoy it!
    Day 1
    • Chicken Sausage scramble: Chicken sausage from trader Joes, added leftover spinach, 1 egg & ½ cup of egg whites and a side of kimchi.
    • Instant mini bagel bites: Greek yogurt, almond flour (I believe you can use any flour) & everything bagel seasoning.
    • Chicken meatballs & sweet potato home fries: Chicken meatballs from Costco, frozen veggie mix from Costco & sweet potatoes w/ onion salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika & cayenne pepper seasoning
    Day 2
    •Chocolate banana pancakes: Pancake mix, semi sweet choco chips, banana & protein coffee made with vanilla protein from Dymatize protein
    • In-N-Out order: Double-double meat with grilled onions & chopped chillies, dr. pepper, regular fries and animal style fries.
