I'm a 68 year old black man married father of 4 and a musician. Just watched the TLC story on Netflix. WHEW SO inspiring truly amazing story. Those women are truly the salt of the earth. Always loved their music even when I was a 30 something in the 90's.

I always giggle watching Lefteye in this video. She is literally in her own worlddd! When the girls was sitting together at the slumber party and got hype and gave each other some dap, Lefteye had her headphones on just looking lost. The whole vidoe she was just jamming to the music on her walkman, walking pass like it was nothing. Her was was doing the mummy walk in the background at 3:07 lol. Gotta love her, RIP sweetie!

The sad thing about this video is that despite the fun these girls had, they lived sad lives behind this video and upbeat music. Keep in mind that T-Boz was suffering from sickle cell disease during the time this video came out, and despite the success these girls had with hits like this, they were still broke. Really sad when you get past the music.

Andre & Her having such a volatile relationship, burning down his house, declaring Bankruptcy, etc. She was to TLC what Diana Ross was to The Supremes, Sting To The Police and Phil Collins to Genesis. In the 1990's when she was growing up Cheryl Tweedy of Girls Aloud (UK) was a big fan of their music growing up.

I miss these days. Life was so normal back then and laid back and people were more Real and Down to Earth. The 90s & Early 2000s was the Golden/Silver Age when the Realms were touched by the Heavens(God) and when Life felt like you were in a whole another Dimension like Heaven on Earth. All the Videos had LIFE and COLOR and SOUL to them and everything felt like it had a magic touch to it. Now we live in the Dark Age aka Last Days. Life isn't what it use to be anymore. This Music is TIME-LESS.

This was the first song I heard from TLC and I instantly fell in love and became a fan. This video is such a vibe. Simple times when artists didn't have to do too much. Still til this day, this remains one of my favorite songs from them and it always will be.

you might’ve already heard but if not, TLC released a new album in 2017! It’s impossible to beat their classics but the songs “Way Back” and “It’s Sunny” are really good.

You see, the only thing I don't like about your comment is the word "Chicks"... Why, because those Ladies are from my generation and as a man, I grew up in the North American "Liberation" of women of the 70's and 80's. And as a young boy-teen, I took those standings from women as cash and just plain common sense and was quite happy about it as I like to look into the eyes of a woman as a unique individual and accept that person/saoul as is. Yeah you can be sure that a submissive woman is a total turn off for me. Anyway, those girls were not "Chicks" wich is a typical conditioning of todays tagging of peoples... TLC was all about girls thinking, doing and living their own lives withing their own women view point and you take it or leave it. 25 years later, I am sad to see that the male vision figured out a way to "get into the brains of the girls" to twist and manipulate them... Again... to make them think that they are free while they are captive. I know because I am a male and know about all those "mind games" which have been working for centuries... I just did not wanted to apply them to remain coherent with my beleifs...

Fact is that he never recover after coming back from that one injury in which he was suppose to take almost a full year to recover he came back in 4 months because he though of himself as special.
He forgot that he is still a human being, not immortal not a legend not beyond common sense.
After he came back so early he injure his other side of the body, why because his body was compensating for the side that had not completely heal correctly. Now if you remember right this is the man that who in average was putting up 45 and above points per game before his initial injury.
After the injury and concurrent other injuries for his body not healing properly, I believe as one of the other comment in here mention he only score around 25 points per game and not all games,
Now compare that to 45 or higher points, then that would give close to 55 or 60 percent not 100 percent do the math.
Oh, and the last couple of years his number have been truly horrible.
Yes he brought championships to the Lakers but he ddin't do it alone for the first two championships he had Hack a Shaq cherry picking on every game back in the days when Shaquile was unstoppable.

You're SO right! Came to this video tonight as an example of smooth R&B/Pop crossover for my daughter when I asked her about who were the current R&B artists. She kept referring to Rap stars and played their current hits - NO that's NOT what I meant! I played some Babyface and this - she said, "Nope, we don't have that..but that sounds GOOD!". Damn right, kid! It STILL holds up!

Even being a Kid was just as Good, I remember the whole entire 90s & Early 2000s and it's so crazy how the world is so backwards now. This was the Golden Age era, everything had LIFE and COLOR and SOUL. 90s & Early 2000s Videos out-shine today's videos because they are the Truth. The realms were touched by the Heavens(God) during this time, where now everything is touched by the devil. Anytime I listen to 90s or Early 2000s Music, especially when I watch the Videos from that era, I always go to different Dimensions. Because that's exactly where we were during this time, in a whole another Dimension. It was Heaven on Earth and I can't wait to re-live these days again, in another Dimension. Eternal Life!
