Big shoutout to Arcade Edits for also being the organizer and driving force behind Projekt Atlantic at the ST Wembley show in December. They organized volunteers to hand out blue cards and filters so that we could turn the entire crowd into blue light when they played Atlantic, and also created and took around a huge flag for all of us to sign to give to III at that show, since he had just had a family emergency and had to leave the German tour suddenly in early December. Arcade Edits is a pillar of our fan community, and we are grateful for them!

The fact that they screwed up my favorite lyrics on this song, which is my favorite song on the album, really upsets me. mouth of the WOLF eyes of the lamb.

This video was more than likely made before all of the lyrics were up correctly - the band never releases the official lyrics anymore. People hear random shit sometimes, and I'm almost certain you heard "half of a rhythm" in Ascensionism the first few times you heard it. Chill out.
Can't really blame them when Sleep Token hasn't released official lyrics, but I agree it's frustrating. All of the lyrics vids/sites with 'wash out the salt from my hands' when it's clearly 'earth' drives my batty. There's not even an 'H' sound at the start (which we don't generally drop in England aside from cockneys. And Vessel isn't cockney.) and it ends with a 'th'.
Frustratingly, some people have so much belief in the unofficial lyrics posted online, they don't trust their own ears. A FB group was ripping a girl to bits for pointing out the lyrics in TMBTE are 'I'm awaking hell' which even makes more sense contextually and not 'In waking hell'. Vessel doesn't even sing the word 'in'.
@@earthscorcher ppl heard "half of a rhythm" cuz that's what the popular (poorly done) lyric video said. If you actually pay attention, half of a rhythm makes no sense. Considering it's immediately followed by "glitches in the code". Let me guess, you heard "glitches in the cold"

If you like this song, I really think you'd love their song, "Levitate". The lyrics are absolutely beautiful. It's one of my favorite Sleep Token songs.
So i gotta nit pick because this song leans so much on the lyrics, not just the sounds. The first part of wash salt from my hands is: "And was out the salt from my hands" referring back to "the moment you smiled at me"....the person that smiled is doing the washing of the salt from the hands. he is not washing his own hands ie: its not "i wash out the salt..."

I can't wait until I see them in May. I haven't been this excited since Tool's last album. Vessel clearly lost someone he loved. The pain is real. The voice is torn and beautiful. He is probably my favorite vocalist now.
