    Thank you! The other video went super quick and had no audio. The slower video with audio directions helped a lot.

      Hey Your very welcome. I knew I was going to make this video when I recorded the other so I didn't spend much time on it as its more about the razor totality then a how to video. Glad this video was able to help you! if you haven't gotten one yet make sure to use my link for a discount.

    The most helpful part was showing how to unscrew it and install the three blades. From 1:00 to 3:03.

    Does it matter which way the blades lay? Like obviously blade down but like logo up or logo down

    • @30DayReviews
      @30DayReviews  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      This does not matter as it doesn't have a true-up or down

    Hey so I picked one up before finding you and I'm still on my first "3" razors. Is it okay that I'm still using my canned shaving cream from when I used disposable Cartridge razors?

    • @30DayReviews
      @30DayReviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      =If its what you like to use sure. I prefer shave soaps though as they seam to be slicker for me. that being said shave cream should not ruin the blades. try and change them out atleast once a month though for your best shave possible .

    Fyi, leaf blades DO NOT snap in half anymore. I almost cut myself wondering why it wouldnt snap until i looked inside the wrapper.

      When did you order the leaf de blades? I dont think they sell them anymore as they have a manufacturer that does the half blades now.

      @@30DayReviews I think I bought them from my local retailer within the last few months. Did they change recently?

    • @30DayReviews
      @30DayReviews  ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you sure they are Leaf blades and not just DE ( double edge) not sure leaf sells in stores yet. there maybe some de blades out there that have more mettle to them that makes them harder to snap into 2 blades though.

    so I have had my Razor for a little over a year and I just keep having problems tightening it recently it will not tighten.

    • @30DayReviews
      @30DayReviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      make sure to clean the areas well and make sure you are trying to tighten it clockwise. if this does not work Please contact Leaf for yout warrantee. Thanks

    • @KittyKattz86

      I had my leaf razor for several years, the tightening does get strange at times but it works it’s way out.
      Remember to never over-tighten it, just enough to hold the plates. Sometimes you have to flip it and put the top “skid plate” -if you will, lift then back down, i pace mine up when tightening still putting a bit of pressure on the top plate.
      The only issue I’ve encountered with it long term is the head easily moves back when I shave, too much of an angle to work so I have to hold a finger on the back of the head to stop it from contracting back so much. But I still love it, I don’t change the blades as often as I should but it gets done when I’m feeling helpless 😂

    I am considering purchasing the Leaf Razor but would like to confirm first if the Leaf is as good for head shaving as a disposable razor. In my experience, I have achieved the best perfect head shave with a disposable cartridge razor, even better than a classic safety razor, if I am going to buy one of these I want to be sure that it will at least be just as perfect for my head or better if possible. I will appreciate your comments and thank you very much

    • @30DayReviews

      Id suggest watching me review of the leaf as well as checking out my head shaving and care playlist as there are razors on there you may like as well. I only tired it a couple times and was not a huge fan as I like a bit of pushback on my head shaves and the spring is a bit to weak for that however it did a decent job but I prefer other methods. that being said i have ready many reviews that state that they like it for head shaving. unfortunately not all heads are the same so what works for you may not work for me and probably wont work for some one else. only way to really know if it will work is for you to try it out. lucky for you you can do that as there return policy states "If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your razor, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less discounts) within 30 days of your purchase, together with any sales taxes you paid when purchasing from Leaf Shave." so id say use the link I provide and try it out for yourself. hope this helped.

    • @30DayReviews

      it's not at all I find that it sits about the same angle as a regular razor does. as with all DE style razors just be careful when changing them out.

      @@30DayReviews sorry I forgot to say that I am a patient with rheumatoid arthritis ... I have used the traditional butterfly rake and maybe I just find it difficult to cut the razor. I congratulate you on your channel, it seems to me an excellent guide to shaving.

    • @30DayReviews
      @30DayReviews  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      sorry to hear about your issues I'm sure that doesn't make shaving any easier no matter what razor you use. I'm wondering if something like the half time razor or the onmishaver would be good options for you? search them on my channel here and see as they both seam like easy to hold razors although they are not de style blades. thank you for your complement I do my best to show others what I would want to be shown.

      I have to disagree as these are easy set up and replacment. No plastic tabs to break or plaatic waist. Do you need to be carful sure but you always should be when ising any razor blade. But they arent for evdryonr and thats ok
