That's a lot of work! But guess more modern factories of top brands would most of this automated
I don't think like you, after observing so many factories, I feel that the cheaper and more competitive the product is, the more automation is needed to reduce the production cost, on the contrary, high end brands need the gimmick of handmade to increase the brand premium.
@@Yunica520 agree! Hand made brands are more expensive, higher end cars and products are usually hand made. But not always the case. What I mean is for cost reduction most mass production big brands would automate these for lower end products, higher end maybe hand made.

Cho anh hỏi tý, có chú nào mua vợt về nhưng vẫn dùng cái vỏ bao theo vợt không? anh thì đánh cầu đến này 20 năm rồi nhưng chưa bao giờ dùng cái vỏ đó cả, mua về lấy cái vợt đi căng lưới là vứt cái vỏ vào sọt rác luôn :)

But what brand of racket?
Bottom cap says Yonex, label on the T is not, so some cheap knockoffs I guess.
There is a bunch of different brands. The video isn't following one process of the same brand. I've definitely seen the Yonex cap, but then I've seen the black knight logo, which is a Canadian badminton company. I would be very surprised that they do knock off Black Knight rackets, the brand is fairly small.

actually, this factory has made fake racket, you can search on internet, the bottom has a yonex logo but dont have the word yonex. and the important thing that no authenic racket have already net like that. when you buy a authenic, it no net, you have to chose the kind of nets you like and weight that fit to you.
Yonex racket's made in china are usually cheaper than ones made in Japan or Taiwan but still provides the technology usual rackets have if I'm not mistaken.

There are real yonex that are made in Taiwan, those are cheaper and slightly different in design. And the one made in Japan are the most expensive

大品牌的制造模式差不多，因为有太多工序是不允许拍的，一个看似简单的羽毛球拍，其实生产工序十分复杂

白牌球拍廠對製程要求比較低，一線廠牌雖然沒有自己的工廠，但是對代工廠要求比較高，凡事都要照SOP。
