My shower wand head broke so I unscrewed it and left the hose connected. My toilet is right next to the shower so after every poop I simple grab the hose, turn the faucet and spray where the sun don't shine. No wiping no rash no fuss.
@@KG-lj2bb just think about the hell before the procedure and the humiliation of having it done. I've never had to go without eating for at least a week before. That's crazy insane!!!
I am suppost to get a Colonoscopy I feel nervous and tense and uncomfortable. I get scared that I might have Cancer. I had Cancer twice I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Then I'm sick of all if this down time maybe I'm not ready to get old yet. And it happens to everybody if they live a long life. This sounds awful and a lot of work to prepare for it.
so today is the day before the colonoscopy but i ate eggs bread and tuc biscuit lol i mean i ate ot early like at 8am but i didn't know i shouldn't eat anything my doctor didn't explain anything toe she onlu gave me the diet paper countains only what to eat what to avoid
I kept going through that to and I am scared and 😡 that this even has to happen to me. Then trying to prepare for it the preparation is sounds like it's overwhelming. But this time I am going through it. I can't wait until the worst of this is over. Then I will have a endoscopy on the same day. They are suppose to check to see if I have Helobactor Pylori. Not Fun.
Hello narrator , it would help if you stop the vocal fry. You constantly drop the volume of your words at the end of almost every sentence making it impossible to hear what the last couple words are. Thank you
Sounds like a Bidet is a great idea. I've been using one at home for years and hopefully it will help for this, too.

Get moist wipes and diaper rash cream. Cuts down on irritation.
I use Vaseline before starting, then after each bowel movement. It works a treat, no burning 🥵

They should suggest this video to every prepper get ready to have one. The papers they send home are confusing.
