Hey great tut.. My issue is the imagen ive used.. when added to the solid checker, the image shows like its at 50% opacity and the checkers still show.. does it only work with dark iamges?
Do you have any tips for rendering? I'm trying to render this and it's freezing both my desktop and laptop. I've tried to render it out in it's own AE document and still not having luck...
I really struggled with this too, check out ways of speeding up rendering altogether, such as hiding preview etc - there are plenty of tips on here to find something that works for you.

How do you speed up the rendering? is is using less filters? Making a shorter clip? My queue says 200 hours to render.
render time is nuts but I love the effect ty!

preview the video after export it. all of parts need to be loaded.
