      it’s near impossible to grasp what exactly Canada Immigration wants n needs; now spousal sponsorship application has to be done on line, tech savvy is a critical requirement. It’s totally overwhelming, depressing leading to suicidal just trying to fill out the different forms and figuring out how to upload info in all the required format! Wonder if i could hire your good self, your service to get my application completed, filed....

      Hi brother, thanks for the informative video, I have a question.
      I am applying for a visitor visa along with my children; i am not applying for my spouse and will be in my country. We are legally married.
      Since my spouse will not be with us, may I have to fill-up a custody form. Or it is okay without custody form since I am the real parent of my children.
      I am worried about this question in GCkey-
      Is your family member travelling with a parent who doesn’t have full legal custody of them? For this question may I answer yes or no?
      I am waiting for your important response. Thanks again for such a detailed video.

The reason is because if she is included while i am waiting for my ITA, my CRS score would be lower. She would complete her degree early next year and with the additional point i would still maintain my current CRS score. Please let me know.

    Thank you for the video! I am a citizen of Canada and I am sponsoring my husband who lives outside of Canada. We don't have any dependent children. My spouse has parents and siblings in his family. As per your tutorial, it is my understanding that only my husband (principal applicant) needs to fill out IMM 5406. His parents and siblings don't fill out another version of this form nor does he need to fill it out on their behalf. Is this correct? Just double checking to make sure I understood correctly. :)

    • @HitSubmitCanada

    Thanks for this useful video! If you don't have any children, where exactly on the online form (5406 Part B) are you supposed to write "Not Applicable"? In the "relationship" box? The "full name" box? All of them? (you can't write "Not Applicable" in the "date of birth" box because it is too many characters). I saw Zeeshan Shaikh's comment about writing "not applicable" and having their application returned. I know it says in bold to write "Not Applicable" but I feel like it would make sense to leave "child 1" blank if I don't have any children. Suyash did you write "Not Applicable" on part B of form 5406 and if so, where did you write it?

Just a small question, due to character limitation (63 characters), I cannot write my parents and even my name in native language as there is only one field for that. Is it mandatory to write names in native language? Should I write a separate Letter of explanation explaining the same?

    • @HitSubmitCanada

    Hi,
    I have a question, my pr application is returned and its says my IMM 5406 form - additional family information is incomplete and mentioned in mail that " Each individual must complete and sign their own form". After watching your video i just saw that Im missing names in native language and full address with door no. Is not provided. And i mentioned my details, my husband, my 2 sisters one of which is married, my mother and my deceased father, but im not understanding why they have mentioned this " Each individual must complete and sign their own form" and its Inland application......Please help with the answer as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Thank you for this helpful video. My query is where is the digital signature on this form? When I saved and continued it didn’t show a place to digitally sign it. Thx!

    • @HitSubmitCanada
      @HitSubmitCanada  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      this form does not have a digital signature, neither do 0008, or 5562. 5669 has a consent section within.
      When the PA types their name at the end of the application in the consent section, that takes care of the digital signature for 0008, 5406 and 5562

    Hi Suyash, thanks for the detailed explanation on filling IMM 5406 online. I followed all steps indicated in the online portal and checklist for IMM 5046, with principal applicant "filling out this form for yourself and on behalf of any of your family members 18 years of age or older who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents." I had 1 form for the principal applicant (dad) and 1 form for the spouse (mom). I got an email from IRCC stating that my IMM 5406 was incomplete, and instead to "Please provide a current, completed, signed and dated Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependants aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must sign their own copy of this form by hand." This information is contrary to the online instructions and checklist, and looks like its instructions for the outdated paper signed form IMM 5406e. Even the form URL they linked in the request showed "We couldn't find that Web page. Error 404". I'm still going to fill out the 3 IMM 5406e forms by hand now, but have you seen this before where IRCC requests for documents from an outdated requirement? It's as if the agents processing this, are not aware of the new requirements from online submission.

      this is so weird. A few people did reach out to me with a similar issue, regarding 5669. yours is 5406. so, yes, this has happened to a few out there. Not really sure how to get this done. my understanding is as good as yours here. its all online. they are going off of outdated instructions. I guess what you are doing is the only option I could also think of. but why 3 forms? it's your mom and dad right. one PA, one dependent, who is the third person? so should be 2 5406 forms, no?

    • @Michi298
      @Michi298 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HitSubmitCanada Hello Suyash, thanks for the response. Yes you are correct, only 2 forms for IMM 5406e, PA (dad) and dependent (mom). I originally misread and thought I needed to fill one myself as their child even though I’m not accompanying them. I read through the wording again, and since I’m not a dependant, I understand now I won’t need to fill a 3rd form. I was originally planning to call IRCC to question this, but figured it wouldn’t be worth the trouble. I will just hand fill 2 IMM 5406e forms and sign/scan/email them back to IRCC as requested. Thanks again for your video, explanations, and response.

Chinese letters were typed in directly from keyboard input on both my online 5406 and pdf 5406e. Hello! Thank you for what you do and the videos you make! I have a question; I am the principal applicant filling out this form. My boyfriend and I are filing under the family class for conjugal partner sponsorship. He is a Canadian citizen. Under the relationship part of the form where I fill out my boyfriend's information, under the marital status they do not give an option to put "Single". He has never been married before and we are not married. Should I leave this blank? Or should I put "Unknown". Please help!

      I guess, "Unknown" is the best choice in this case. Make sure you provide all additional details in separate documents though.

    Hi Suyash. I'm wishing you good luck for your acceptance of visa after resubmitting. it would help me a lot if you can answer this.. that my spouse who is a Canadian citizen and she has two kids from her X-husband, a boy is living with her X-Husband while a girl who is over 18 years of age and Canadian citizen living with her mom (My Spouse). In that case, do i need to fill out details of her daughter in additional family being a principal applicant or is it okay to leave that section? Anticipation for your consideration. thanks

    • @HitSubmitCanada

      Not really required. just provide info about your biological or adopted children. if the daughter is adopted by you, then list her name otherwise, leave blank.

    Hey Suyash, why "Married - Physically Present"? I thought it is the current status while PA is applying which means I am in Canada and she is in India, so even though we are married we are not physically present at the time of application. I know you reasoned that at the time of marriage you both were present, which is expected by IRCC as they do not approve of remote-based marriage (at least what I understood). Could it be for those whose spouse is already in Canada, say on a study permit and living together (inland application)?

    • @HitSubmitCanada
      @HitSubmitCanada  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, married physically present means you were present with your partner at the time of marriage in that location physically. It has nothing to do with inland or outland application or the time of application
