This version brings tears to my eyes... Im pretty sure John and George would've never agreed to releasing the version Paul came up with. Ringo just went along with it I'm sure because he's not the most creative songwriter of them all.
Paul mccartney, the forgotten man. Passed away in late 1966, and most people didnt notice. His death a source of punchlines for jokes about clues on album covers and how he is still alive. No, the original paul is not alive.
@@jasontheredfox You are entitled to your tastes and your opinions. However, what went down was wrong. The original Paul was killed, probably murdered. His death was covered up, and an impersonator has pretended to be him for decades. Why couldn't this second Paul have a career without pretending to be someone who he is not? This wasn't like a role in a movie. A real person died and his death was covered up. He probably pissed off some bigwigs in the British Government or would not cooperate with their agenda. I agree with you that Sir Paul is very talented, but unlike you, I prefer the original Paul. But, it didn't have to be either or. We could have had them both. Emitt Rhodes was often compared to Paul -- yet he didn't pretend to be him. I wish the original Paul could have lived a full life instead of having it ended at age 24. In fact, Billy could have had plastic surgery to look like Paul and imitate Paul -- but not have taken Paul's identity. Like Keith Allison, he looked a lot like Paul -- but, he didn't call himself "Paul McCartney." Sir Paul could have looked like Paul and wrote his music and sung, imitating Paul's voice. There are a lot of people that sound a lot. But, the original Paul was probably murdered and someone else took his place. It was a deception to push an agenda -- the psychedelic, drug culture. What happened was wrong. Paul did not deserve to die, and his death should have been investigated -- and acknowledged. Sir Paul was in the Beatles, but it was a different man in there before late 1966.
@@jojolouis I would not have noticed that Paul was replaced. But, the Beatles themselves put hundreds of clues (hints) that Paul was replaced in their songs and album covers -- and they continued to do so in their solo career. Sir Paul has made remarks hinting that Paul was replaced. I have seen videos where Sir Paul says: They really shouldn't be paying me this much money. I'm not him. (And other remarks to this effect.) The Beatles stopped touring in late 1966. In the music video, "Strawberry Fields," there is a difference in Paul's appearance. His face looks thinner and his eyes look green. There is a book out called "The Memoirs of Billy Shears," and there is a thank you page in the book addressed to Sir Paul McCartney, thanking Sir Paul for providing such interesting material. And in the book, the narrator keeps saying, "Paul is dead" throughout the book. There are videos in which people refer to Sir Paul as "Billy" and call him "Billy" to his face. I don't know how come people can't compare videos of Paul before 1967 and from 1967 on and not see that there are two different people involved. Maybe they work for Sir Paul or maybe they can't accept reality. I don't know. I suggest you watch some Sage of Quay or Plastic Macca (Tina Foster) podcasts -- unless you are not interested in finding out the truth of this matter. I don't know about Elvis, but Paul was definitely replaced. However, you are entitled to your opinion.
This version is brilliant. Thank you.
This was the proper original remake 😎
They are the best of best products that England and the English world has to offer. Nothing like them will ever happen again in this world.
*_Pink Floyd.. Rolling Stone.._*
...not a patch on THE BEATLES!...
Какая трогательная песня! Мне эта версия очень нравится. А когда я смотрю официальный клип, то постоянно плачу (((

Superb!
Битлз лучшие!
you know it
Удивительно! Они дали направление всей современной музыке! До сих пор!
You can see the fear in their eyes , as they try not to show it.
John, we miss you 💔
im here..
It's fun watching how connected John, Paul, George and Ringo are with the sound off and the great Now and Then mix playing.
I was in the second grade back then.
It's not "Lamaphoney" with an 'L'. It's "Iamaphoney" with an 'I'.
This is a pretty good attempt at making something that is listenable, as the demo was odd and hard to listen to.
I loved the Beatles version. But this may be more Beatle-y.
Totally agree. Anthology 3 version for me
This is more beatle than the official version
How?
This one had more of George’s presence. .Backing vocals , guitar.
My grandpa Cesar work for PANAM airline ❤ Star music star
Isn’t this based on the leaked ’95 original? The first song here, not the second.
BEATLEY VERSION....
